Customer Support & Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Pre-orders are processed within 2-3 business days after stock arrival.
  • A confirmation email is sent for successfully placed orders. If you don’t receive one, check your spam folder or contact us.

Return & Refund Policy

  • We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories intact.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged on returns.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving the product in good condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping/courier costs.

Exchange Policy
